A long-standing fixture of the region with the backing of a larger group based out of Perth, this business is a distributor and stockist of a range of materials and products supplying the food & beverage sector.

Description

As the primary leader of the local business; this role is responsible for the day-to-day running and operations of the site; including logistics & warehousing, people leadership, finance, and driving outstanding customer service.

With the support of a wider business group, this role is a hands-on leadership position with a focus on maintaining profitability and providing excellent outcomes for customers.

Profile

The successful candidate will be a strong all-round business leader with outstanding people skills, combined with a strong understanding of the food industry, HACCP requirements and logistics and distribution.

With a drive to succeed and take ownership of the overall operations of the business, this role would suit a self-managed, people-focused team leader with the ability to collaborate with other senior leaders of the wider business.
