Are you an experienced consultant ready to take the next exciting step in your career? Look no further! Suncorp Group is seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as a Senior Consultant and support our Loganholme branch.

This is a permanent full-time position across Monday to Friday.

Please note this role may also require some travel to our branches in Springwood, Mt Gravatt, Sunnybank, Cannon Hill and Capalaba.

As a Senior Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in managing, acquiring, and nurturing our customer base. Your contributions will directly impact the growth of our retail lending portfolio, customer connectivity, and NPS rating.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Team Support: Assist the Branch Manager in a 2IC capacity, making a real impact on branch operations.
• Customer Focus: Manage lending requests and outcomes for existing customers within the Home Lending and Everyday Banking portfolios.
• Customer-Centric: Deliver exceptional customer service, offering home, personal, and small business solutions that perfectly match our clients' needs.
• Expand Your Network: Build strong relationships with new customers introduced via our intermediary partners.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

• Leadership: If you have leadership or management experience, this is your chance to shine.
• Financial Expertise: Your demonstrated experience in financial services will be highly valued.
• Lending Knowledge: Home or Personal Lending experience is a significant advantage.
• Educational Background: Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, banking, and/or finance are desirable and will make you stand out.
