Facilities & Asset Manager - Uptime Manager

As the Facilities & Asset Manager - Uptime Manager, you will be responsible for the protection and enhancement of the OTR business reputation.

You will ensure OTR Sites are repaired and maintained to a high standard, which welcome guests and delivers on the promise to 'never close'. This role involves the shared responsibility for providing on-call after hours assistance as required.

Your contributions

  • Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance programs for facilities and assets, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
  • Monitor and analyse asset performance data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies to enhance asset reliability and uptime.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities and assets to identify maintenance needs and address potential issues proactively.
  • Lead the planning and execution of maintenance activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and contractor management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise asset performance, reduce downtime, and minimise operational costs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external vendors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to facilities and asset management.

What we are looking for

  • 5 years’ experience in facilities and asset management or senior property management
  • Experience in retail and commercial property types
  • Strong organisational abilities and time management skills
  • Proficient IT skills, including facility management systems and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Outstanding people engagement skills and communications skills
