The City of Launceston, an award winning Employer of Choice, is currently seeking to fill the following position:
Position Title: Senior Marketing Officer
Position Number: POS1806
This permanent full-time position will lead the City of Launceston key marketing functions. The role develops strategy, undertakes planning and oversees implementation as well as providing high-level reporting on marketing activities to ensure continuous improvement.
We are looking for someone who demonstrates, through behaviour, an alignment and an understanding of our values and has the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- Significant demonstrated marketing experience in a large and complex organisation.
- Demonstrated success in championing marketing best practice, encouraging employee and leader brand advocacy.
- Proven ability in developing and executing marketing campaigns that leverage brand strengths.
- Demonstrated experience managing highly complex portfolios of work, including balancing competing projects, priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, focusing on collaborative success
