About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a permanent Commercial Processing Analyst based out of Eight Mile Plains office. Commercial Processing Analyst is responsible for facilitating admin and approvals for contract renewals; purchase order and invoice processing; and financial and contract record keeping functions for ICT vendors. Commercial Processing Analyst will be responsible for -

  • Maintaining calendar of contract renewals and performing admin tasks for those renewals.
  • Maintaining contract records within the Contract Management System
  • Processing purchase requests and/or payment of invoices for IT equipment & services, ensuring discrepancies are managed accordingly.
  • Contributing to cost tracking for budget and forecasting activities.
  • Analysing billing & contract information and provide advice on findings.

About you

  • Either a degree in relevant field or a few years of relevant experience. We are open to consider recent graduates for this role.
  • Experience in processing purchase orders and invoice receipting.
  • Ability to conduct invoice reconciliation and trending.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written).
  • Excellent organisational, time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proven experience in contract administration and filing.
