The Education Products team resides in the Information Management Technology Services Division and provides ongoing management and support for the majority of the University’s server-based and cloud applications that are focused on Education. The team ensures these applications maintain a high level of availability and are appropriately upgraded and integrated with other applications and also provides strategic and technical advice as well as implementation services when new applications are acquired by the University.

We are seeking an Application Support Analyst to join our team to administer and maintain the Universities Education focused Applications. Education applications are student, and academic, focused applications, used for student attraction, enrolment, exams management and learning and teaching purposes.

Position Description

To apply for this position, you will need to have relevant experience or degree with extensive knowledge and application of incident, problem and change management practices and delivery of third-party applications for a large organisation, and meet the essential requirements located in the position description.

This position also requires response to out of hours critical incidents and urgent matters, facilitated via an on-call roster arrangement.
