About the role:

Due to recent growth, we are looking for a Field Sales Manager to join our team in this newly created role based in Erskine Park. Reporting to the Business Unit Sales Manager, you will be primarily responsible for the management, target achievement, and development of a key team of Sales personnel within the defined region.

Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to achieve sales targets and business objectives within your territory.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Identify and prioritize target accounts and key customers and develop and maintain strong relationships to drive sales opportunities.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to ensure alignment with sales targets and objectives.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, market trends, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and other documentation as required by management.

About you:

  • Proven track record of success in field sales management or similar roles.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement sales plans and initiatives to drive revenue growth.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
