The company has an in-house design and documentation team that provides solutions from the design concept stage, throughout the construction period and into project handover.
Your new role
You will manage the day-to-day administrative tasks and provide support to the Managing Director, General Manager, Construction Manager and Project Managers. You will be responsible for maintaining paperwork, reports, labour schedules, updating annual leave information, organising training, creating correspondence, invoicing for projects, creating operational manuals, and other tasks as required.
