Community Bridging Services (CBS) Inc. is offering you an exciting and rewarding opportunity to make a difference to the lives of people living with disabilities, injuries, or medical conditions. Provide much needed support and assistance to the Jobnet Employment Program providing Disability Employment Services.

Employment type: Casual

Hours of work: As required, approximately 15 hours a week

About the Role:

• Provide one-on-one support to clients within their workplace with a view to building their independence
• Assist clients to understand their employment related duties and improve efficiencies
• Communicate effectively to advocate for CBS Inc. and your clients in their workplace
• Build positive relationships with client’s employer, team members and stakeholders
• Use initiative and problem-solving skills to assist clients to maintain their employment
• Administration and basic computer skills to accurately record case notes
• Collaborate with and support client’s case managers
• Occasional office supports
• Meet required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Position Requirements:

• Current Australian Driver's Licence - P2 minimum (essential)
• Meet the current COVID-19 Vaccine requirement – medical exemption acceptable (or willingness to obtain)
• Relevant NDIS / DHS checks and clearances in accordance with the role requirements (or willingness to obtain)
• Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
