The opportunity:

Our Pharmacy Services division at EBOS Group are on the hunt for a passionate Talent Acquisition Partner to join the HR team. This is a hands-on role which will see you managing the end-to-end recruitment of our Pharmacists and Technicians with flexibility to assist with other roles as required.

This role will require a proactive, motivated recruiter with a strong focus on candidate care and experience in building and creating talent pools to fill vacancies in a timely manner. You will also be considered a key contributor to our overarching Talent strategy and have the creative freedom to help build on our existing in-house recruitment function to ensure best in class processes.

This is a great opportunity for either an internal recruiter who loves volume recruitment or someone who is looking for their break out of agency into an internal recruitment role.

What you will do:

  • Determining job requirements, screening candidates, and collaborating with the Heads of HR and other business managers on relevant hiring needs across EBOS Group divisions;
  • Build and drive key recruitment initiatives to promote the businesses Employee Value Proposition, developing strategies to attract talent;
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to determine recruitment needs;
  • Determine selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions;
  • Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments;
  • Preparing hiring forecasts as part of the company's strategic planning.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or similar (preferred);
  • Prior experience working in a Talent Acquisition role doing volume recruitment;
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems;
  • Ability to liaise with internal departments and develop hiring strategies;
  • Knowledge of effective hiring platforms including Seek and LinkedIn;
  • Experienced with screening candidates, compiling shortlists and interviewing candidates;
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends;
  • Strong decision-making skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills
