Details: The Sustainability, Facilities and Fleet team is responsible for planning, establishing, and implementing projects to reduce the directorates environmental footprint and to create more efficient ways of working. The team provides facilities management for TCCS buildings, including the Building Management Services (BMS) team at 480 Northbourne Avenue, to ensure our facilities and depots are maintained and fit for purpose.
As a senior leader within TCCS, this role requires a person who can inspire, energise, and positively influence team and individual outcomes. The role is responsible for overseeing administration of the BMS team and working closely with stakeholders
