Downer Group (ANU) is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from skilled and experienced ceramic tilers for upcoming projects at the ANU Canberra Student Accommodation. The projects are expected to last up to two years and will be re-evaluated after that period. The successful applicant will be responsible for conducting condition audits of tiling work within the accommodation facilities and carrying out necessary repairs and replacements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough condition audits of existing tiling work.
• Repairing and replacing damaged tiles to ensure safety and aesthetics.
• Applying new grout and ensuring it matches existing work.
• Working with others for occasional bathroom refurbishments.
• Working efficiently to minimise disruption to residents.

Essential Criteria:

• Proven experience as a ceramic tiler, with a portfolio of completed projects.
• Ability to conduct detailed audits and prepare reports.
• Knowledge of different tiling materials and methods.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
