We’re a leading Design & Construct specialist, delivering high-end workplace fit outs across Sydney for some of the world’s most recognisable brands—including Uber, Miele, Bet365, and Afterpay. Known for our sharp eye for design, seamless delivery, and client-first approach, we bring bold ideas to life in projects ranging up to $10–15M.
With a strong pipeline of secured work and a vibrant, fast-paced team culture, we’re on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager ready to take ownership of premium commercial fit outs. In return, we’re offering up to $200K + super, genuine autonomy, and the chance to build spaces that define the future of work.

The Position – Project Manager
- Lead and manage multiple fit-out projects from concept to completion.
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate and liaise with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards and deadlines.
- Manage budgets and project resources effectively, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Lead site meetings, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues or delays efficiently, maintaining excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ensure all project documentation is maintained accurately and up to date.
- Foster a collaborative and positive working environment with all teams involved in the project.
- 5 yrs+ construction industry experience
- Can demonstrate project experience in the commercial sector
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Australian working rights
