About You
As the Pre-Owned and Remarketing Lead at Polestar Australia, you will be responsible for developing and managing Polestar’s Pre-owned vehicle program and remarketing in Australia. You will develop and manage our Pre-owned Polestar process and will be working with Polestar partners to optimize pre-owned sales. You will also be responsible for the pricing strategy of the Pre-owned Polestar vehicles, developing new partnerships to increase residual value of used vehicles and creating new business processes to support Polestar Pre-owned program
What you’ll do

Define and execute the optimal remarketing strategy for Polestar in Australia
Manage relationship with and support Polestar Remarketing Partners and Dealers
Develop local pricing strategies and tools to drive revenue
Ensure fulfilment of Polestar Pre-owned standards across operations through regular audits and provided training
Develop new and innovative sales strategies for used cars to enhance the second cycle of vehicles
Actively seek and forecast sourcing opportunities for Pre-owned Polestars
Manage Polestar Pre-owned vehicle sales and monitor stock levels
Report and follow-up on sales performance and KPIs
Develop and coordinate a smooth de-fleet process of internal and company cars
Continuously improve Polestar Pre-owned program to ensure a competitive customer offer
Submit change requests and enhancements to the global program to improve performance
Work proactively with analysis of residual value
Monitor market residual value performance against competitors
Provide product related feedback to Polestar HQ to influence future products from RV perspective
Build and manage relationships with key residue value stakeholders, such as leasing company RV and pricing committees, RV experts, car auctioneers, etc
Organize RV events for stakeholders
Attend remarketing events and represent Polestar

Experience with business development
Experience with data analysis, financial analysis, and market sales analysis
Experience with developing and managing relationships with strategic partners and other external stakeholders
Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of Salesforce is a strong advantage
Excellent communication skills and comfortable with public speaking
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Experience with managing vehicle remarketing at a major automotive brand is an advantage
