About the Role
The Manager, Partner Governance & Assurance fosters a culture of compliance and accountability. They are primarily responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing the frameworks, processes and policies that ensure the GIC Provider Management framework aligns with contractual, regulatory and enterprise standards.

Duties
It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as Manager, Partner Governance & Assurance you will:
- Leads the development and implementation of governance, assurance and performance management frameworks to manage and monitor Provider performance and initiatives.
- Drives the development and analysis of reliable performance data to support Provider monitoring and to identify key trends and continuous improvements.
- Develops and produces business reporting to assist the team in monitoring performance and promoting compliance and consistently high-quality Provider performance.
- Works effectively across multiple internal and external teams, in order to communicate governance and assurance findings and recommendations.
- Prepares briefings, papers and reports to support decision-making.
Skills & Experience
- Tertiary level qualifications at degree level in business management or related discipline or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience acquired through extensive experience
- Strong understanding of Provider governance principles and best practice
- Demonstrated understanding of contract management and service delivery in an outsourced environment
- Strong experience in project management to apply effective planning, coordination and control methods
- Previous insurance, or large commercial Provider performance management experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
