Human Resources Business Partner

A fantastic new opportunity for a strong HR Business Partner to join a close knit HR team.

THE ROLE

Reporting to a dynamic and outcomes-focused Head of HR this HR Business Partner role will support a key operational site of approximately 600 blue-collar employees. This is a broad generalist role with a strong emphasis on industrial relations, organisational development, and leadership capability.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with operational leaders to drive performance, accountability and engagement
• Managing complex IR matters, including union negotiations and EA development
• Leading investigations and maintaining effective relationships with union representatives
• Assisitng with the roll out of a new HRIS
• Driving continuous improvement in leadership effectiveness across the sites

THE CRITERIA

This is a contract opportunity suited to someone who enjoys being close to operations and making a tangible impact. We’re seeking a commercially minded and hands-on HR Business Partner with strong experience in IR, including EA negotiations and union engagement. Ideally you will have a background in fast-paced environments such as manufacturing, logistics or operations. Ideally you will be strong with systems and analytics.
