You’ll be providing advanced Tier 2/3 support, managing cloud and on-prem infrastructure, deploying applications via SCCM/Intune, and mentoring junior techs—all while helping drive service improvement and security maturity.
What You'll Work On:
- Level 2/3 support and management of business apps like Jira, Zendesk, ReadiNow
- Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune
- Azure & AWS platforms
- SOE builds, PowerShell scripting, and Group Policy
- Cyber security practices (Essential 8)
About You:
You’ve got 3+ years’ experience in a Level 2/3 or Systems Engineer role, a knack for problem-solving, and a passion for clean, secure, and reliable IT environments.
