Business Analyst – Contract Opportunity

• 6-month initial contract with likely extensions
• Hybrid work model – mix of WFH and central Sydney office

We're on the lookout for an experienced Business Analyst to jump into a key project with one of our higher education clients.

Experience applying Human-Centred Design (HCD) principles to drive user engagement and service design is essential for this role.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyse and define requirements: Investigate, document and clarify business needs, functional designs, and system specifications.
• Identify solution options: Evaluate and document implementation pathways, including integrations with internal platforms and systems.
• Stakeholder engagement: Work closely with diverse stakeholder groups to draw out needs and ensure alignment across delivery.
• Change and project support: Contribute to delivery planning and change management to drive smooth transitions and adoption.
• Training and documentation: Create clear, user-friendly guides and deliver training as needed.
• Tools and tech: Comfortable using Visio, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Teams, and tools like JIRA.
• Innovation project background: Exposure to innovation programs or environments where creative thinking and experimentation were valued.
• Data analysis skills: Strong analytical mindset with experience turning data into insights to inform business decisions.
