We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with RD peers to ensure project quality that meets functional and user experience standards and expectations.
- Continuously track and analyze quality issues, recommend insights, develop improvement plans, and collaborate with peers to improve quality performance.
- Collaborate with automation/stability QA teams to enhance internal tools/frameworks/platforms to make the team more productive.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- Familiar with at least one programming language such as Python/Go/Java/C++
- Strong analytical, problem solving skills
- Effective ability to work collaboratively with across different teams / geographies
- Published papers in the top AI conferences or journals is a plus, including KDD, IJCAI, WWW, WSDM, ICML, NeurIPS, CVPR, ECCV, ICCV, ACL, etc.;
- Experience in trust and safety area is a plus
