- Support the coordination and smooth delivery of large-scale retail food and beverage operations
- Lead and motivate frontline teams to deliver outstanding guest service
- Manage stock levels, labour efficiency, and service delivery to meet commercial targets
- Support premium food and beverage offerings across the venue’s many outlets
- Proven experience in large-scale retail or quick-service hospitality operations
- Previous leadership in multi-outlet environments with large and diverse teams
- A knack for event planning, preparation, and service delivery
- Strong communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution abilities
- Knowledge of food costing, stock take, and labour controls
- RSA Certification
