Delaware North Australia is hiring an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Marvel Stadium. As an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing our retail food and beverage operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences. You’ll work across a fast-paced, multi-outlet environment, ensuring seamless service.

What will you do?

  • Assist in planning for upcoming events and ensuring all operational elements are in place
  • Support the coordination and smooth delivery of large-scale retail food and beverage operations
  • Lead and motivate frontline teams to deliver outstanding guest service
  • Manage stock levels, labour efficiency, and service delivery to meet commercial targets
  • Support premium food and beverage offerings across the venue’s many outlets

More About You

  • Proven experience in large-scale retail or quick-service hospitality operations
  • Previous leadership in multi-outlet environments with large and diverse teams
  • A knack for event planning, preparation, and service delivery
  • Strong communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Knowledge of food costing, stock take, and labour controls
  • RSA Certification
