Job Description Summary

Cushman & Wakefield’s Advisory+ team is growing, and we’re seeking passionate and driven professionals to join us across multiple levels - Consultant, Senior Consultant, and Manager - in our Sydney, Melbourne, or Canberra offices.

Advisory+ is an innovative, APAC wide platform designed to solve complex challenges across property and infrastructure. We go beyond traditional real estate to advise clients on high-impact projects in sectors including education, justice, transport, sports, urban development, affordable housing, and more. Job Description

What you’ll do:

  • Support or lead project teams to deliver strategic, evidence-based solutions to client problems
  • Analyse data, assess issues, and provide actionable recommendations across property and infrastructure
  • Develop high-quality reports, presentations, and proposals with clear insights and visual storytelling
  • Engage and communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders to drive outcomes
  • Contribute to or lead business case development, feasibility studies, bid strategies, and value-for-money assessments
  • Guide and mentor junior team members (Senior Consultant and Manager levels)

About You

  • A strong interest or experience in infrastructure, property, economics, or the built environment
  • Relevant experience in advisory, consulting, valuations, business cases, or feasibility modelling is highly regarded
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
  • A collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous learning and client impact
  • Ability to adapt across projects in both government and private sectors
