- Lead a new team of controls and process experts
- 12-month fixed term opportunity
- Use your process, controls and risk management experience to drive improvements in governance practices related to risk management and regulatory compliance
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Create a pipeline of work, prioritising the critical milestones and removing blockers for the team
- Coach and develop your colleagues to ensure appropriate control, obligations, and risk linkages are in place to support end-to-end risk and obligation management
- Collate opportunities from existing sources including various Integrated Payroll Project (IPP) work streams, known issues and pain points and GRACE Findings and Treatment plans
- Bring together a view of the current state environment, articulation of the gaps and opportunities and consideration of future state plans and requirements
- Collaborate with Business & Technology Subject Matter Experts, DCOs (Divisional Controls colleagues), IPP, risk and delivery partners
- Lead the improvements of adherence to risk management and regulatory compliance
- Leadership experience and a passion for motivating a team
- Experience in Process Improvement, Process Modelling or Risk and Control Management
- The ability to set the strategic vision for this newly made team
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining documented process and controls in line with enterprise standards
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and influence internal and external stakeholders
- Banking, Financial Services & Payroll experience are all highly valued
