About the opportunity:

• Full time role
• Based in Richmond with some travel required
• Project manage a number of innovative aged care and seniors living projects including major and minor refurbishment projects and new builds.
• Be involved from design to completion - including commissioning, cost management, coordinating project resources, managing the design process and contract management.
• Great role for an ambitious PM looking to take the next step in their career as a client side Project Manager.

What you'll bring:

• A tertiary degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Surveying, Infrastructure, Building, Planning, Project Management or Construction Management
• 3 - 6 years' related work experience
• Highly developed negotiation and communication skills
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with a can-do attitude
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and consultative skills

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:

• A current Police Record Check
