About the opportunity:
- Full time role
- Based in Richmond with some travel required
- Project manage a number of innovative aged care and seniors living projects including major and minor refurbishment projects and new builds.
- Be involved from design to completion - including commissioning, cost management, coordinating project resources, managing the design process and contract management.
- Great role for an ambitious PM looking to take the next step in their career as a client side Project Manager.
What you'll bring:
- A tertiary degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Surveying, Infrastructure, Building, Planning, Project Management or Construction Management
- 3 - 6 years' related work experience
- Highly developed negotiation and communication skills
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with a can-do attitude
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and consultative skills
You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
- A current Police Record Check
