Technical Solutions Architect – Salesforce

About The Role

We’re looking for a seasoned Technical Solution Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce to join our team on a short-term contract. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who can hit the ground running, take ownership of technical outcomes, and deliver impactful solutions from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and design across Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Voice, Omni-Channel, Salesforce Digital Engagement, and AWS Connect.
• Provide hands-on leadership, designing and delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Present and articulate architecture solutions at Architecture Review Board (ARB) forums when required.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project integration and delivery.
  
  

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience architecting and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Strong knowledge of technical architecture, solution design, and integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Salesforce Service Cloud
• Salesforce Voice
• Omni-Channel
• Salesforce Digital Engagement
• AWS Connect (Voice)
• Ability to operate autonomously and deliver outcomes in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, particularly in technical forums such as ARBs.

• Experience working in highly regulated industries (e.g., wagering, finance, banking, insurance) is highly regarded but not essential.
