About the Role


You’ll be the final check before our assessment reports reach insurers — reviewing, compiling, and submitting reports with precision. It’s a behind-the-scenes role that plays a front-line part in ensuring accurate and timely communication with insurers. You'll manage follow-ups, attachments, and uploads, and liaise with stakeholders to clarify and confirm key information.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Review assessment reports for errors, missing details, and attachments
  • Compile supporting documentation (images, quotes, estimates, etc.)
  • Upload reports to insurer platforms or send via email
  • Make follow-up calls to verify report details as needed
  • Set tasks and reminders to ensure report progression
  • Ensure reports are submitted within 24 hours of receipt into your worklist

What You’ll Bring
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail — you spot typos and inconsistencies easily
  • Confidence using digital systems and data entry tools
  • Ability to manage time and prioritise a busy workflow
  • A team mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Comfortable following processes and adapting to procedural changes
