About the role
Due to recent growth within Lavan, we are seeking a permanent, full-time Business Development (BD) Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support across the team.
This is a unique opportunity to kick start your career in the Marketing and Business Development space, working with an accomplished team of professionals in a collaborative, inclusive and dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities
Assist with:
- Organisation and coordination of events.
- Ordering and managing Lavan merchandise.
- Development, execution and monitoring of email campaigns.
- Maintaining and updating business development collateral.
- Supporting the team with projects and initiatives.
About you
You are a self-motivated and creative individual, with a keen eye for detail. You enjoy working well with others and hold a genuine interest in supporting and executing marketing initiatives and activities.
To be successful in this position, you will have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to successfully manage competing priorities and multiple deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience in an administrative, customer service or client focussed role.
- Experience and confidence working with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience working with CRM software/tools and client databases (desirable).
- Experience using Canva, InDesign or similar graphic design tools (desirable).
