THE ROLE
We now have the exciting opportunity for a Mobilisation Administrator to join our Planning and Mobilisation team based at our CBD Head Office working Monday to Friday. Duties include:
- Being the first point of contact for the Planning department, which mobilises Linkforce personnel to a variety of different client sites and projects
- Ensuring all incoming communication directed to the relevant team in a timely manner
- Maintenance of workflows, inboxes, and allocated jobs
- Liaising with site and staff via phone, text message and email
- Booking and organising flights, travel, and accommodation for Linkforce personnel
- Updating leave requests
- Minute taking during team meetings
ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Experience in the mining industry is highly desirable but not essential
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of programs, including Excel
- Administration experience showing attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Time management skills, ability to manage conflicting priorities and multi-task
