About The Job

As an Administration Assistant, you’ll lead our administrative efforts, providing crucial support to ensure smooth operations. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively with diverse teams

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including shared email inboxes and phone calls.
  • Assist with data entry and basic report generation.
  • Handle routine administrative duties and provide ad-hoc assistance as required.
  • Support end-of-month processes and assist Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable as needed.
  • Contribute to process improvements and documentation.
  • Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Uphold a collaborative work environment aligned with AMTA’s values.

Skills And Experience

  • At least two previous years’ experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
