As we evolve our operating model, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join our high performing team. This role will see you leading a team and be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract top and diverse talent across key operational areas.

We have a continuous improvement culture within the team and this role will take the lead aligning process improvement initiatives, drive consistency of service delivery and leveraging our partnerships with a range of external providers and partners.

Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Leadership and Team Management of a group of skilled Talent Acquisition Partners
  • Strategic Recruitment Management, including translating people plans into key deliverables for the team and providing valuable input to shape initiatives
  • Process Improvement and Innovation, leveraging technology and data and ensuring appropriate documentation of processes
  • Collaborating with key operational leaders to ensure we are responding to business needs
  • Taking an active role in driving Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) initiatives and maximising partnerships
  • Ensuring our processes and procedures are adapting to the changing regulatory and compliance environment

What will you bring to the role?

  • Demonstrated experience leading recruitment teams
  • Experience leading recruitment campaigns, ideally with exposure to high volume markets
  • Experience in the development and execution of proactive sourcing strategies aligned to business strategy including building and maintaining organisational talent pipelines
  • Ability to accurately interrogate data and make recommendations
  • Significant stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Excellent time management with the ability to manage expectations and competing priorities
  • Proven ability to lead, manage, influence, and execute continuous improvement to Talent Acquisition
  • Technical agility – ability to identify and use multiple sourcing channels, and leverage technology to locate, engage and attract prospective candidates
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build effective cross functional relationships across an organisation
