About the role:
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support two dynamic senior leaders at the heart of our business. The SVP of Venue Operations & Mobilisation and the SVP of Product & Innovation.
This fast-paced role will see you managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, board meetings, stakeholder communication and a wide range of admin support across both portfolios. You’ll be the go-to for keeping schedules aligned, priorities on track, and operations running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing:
- Calendar & Meeting Management: Coordinate complex diaries, agendas, and key meetings for two senior executives, ensuring follow-ups are actioned.
- Executive Support: Prepare presentations, briefing papers, board materials and correspondence to a high standard of professionalism and clarity.
- Travel Coordination: Organise end-to-end domestic and international travel – flights, accommodation, transfers and detailed itineraries.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communication with discretion and tact.
- Team & Event Support: Help coordinate internal events, team meetings and social activities across both portfolios.
- Admin & Reporting: Maintain filing systems, track weekly reports, update competitor insights and support expense and invoice processing.
- Personal Assistant Experience: Ideally 3–5 years (not mandatory) supporting senior leaders with strong calendar, meeting and priority management skills.
- Exceptional Organisation: A master of multitasking with razor-sharp attention to detail and excellent time management.
- Confident Communicator: Polished written and verbal skills, able to prepare professional documents and liaise with all levels of stakeholders.
- Digitally Proficient: Advanced skills in Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Canva, with a knack for creating visually engaging presentations and reports.
- Discretion & Integrity: Trusted to handle confidential information with professionalism and care.
- Autonomous & Agile: Able to self-manage, adapt quickly to shifting demands, and stay cool under pressure.
