Key Responsibilities:
- Identify major projects early and engage key stakeholders
- Build relationships with end-users, consultants, contractors, and partners
- Secure project specifications and support pursuits across QLD or WA
- Work with distributors on pricing, stock, and support alignment
- Manage third-party switchboard manufacturer relationships
- Use CRM (SieSales) for forecasting and performance tracking
- Attend training and networking events to support market engagement
- Experience in business development or major project pursuits
- Strong understanding of electrical distribution systems
- Ability to manage complex sales with multiple stakeholders
- Solid communication and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with forecasting tools and CRM systems is a plus
