What You’ll Do
As an Assistant Account Executive, you’ll be a vital part of our client service team, supporting the day-to-day management of client accounts and helping to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Client Support & Administration – Assist in the preparation of quotes, renewals, and policy documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Portfolio Assistance – Support Account Executives in managing SME and Commercial client portfolios, including responding to client queries and processing endorsements.
- Relationship Building – Help maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and a proactive, service-first approach.
- Team Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams, including underwriting and claims, to coordinate client solutions and ensure seamless service.
- Learning & Development – Take advantage of mentoring and training opportunities to deepen your industry knowledge and grow your broking expertise.

- Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification
- Relevant industry certifications or professional development in financial services
- Strong knowledge of general insurance products, particularly SME and commercial lines.
- Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in insurance broking, underwriting, or financial services.
