Drifter is a new breed of accommodation, bringing the high-end curation of hotel design together with the community and spirit of a boutique hostel. We’re the first of our kind and create spaces that are thoughtful, functional, and full of character. Places where travellers feel at home, and revisit again and again. With properties across Australia and New Zealand, we’re shaping a new kind of stay; one that’s rooted in community, culture, and creative detail.
Perks of the Gig
We are seeking a highly organised Procurement and Construction Coordinator to support the successful delivery of projects across compliance, procurement, and operational functions.
This is a hybrid role that blends traditional project management with hands-on involvement in procurement processes, vendor management, and business administration.
You'll ensure projects are delivered in line with regulatory requirements, while also helping manage the day-to-day administrative, financial and procurement needs that keep projects running smoothly.
From coordinating logistics to managing supplier timelines, this is a role for someone who gets the details right and keeps things moving behind the scenes calmly, creatively, and always with an eye for good design.
What You'll Be Doing
Drifter is a welcoming and inclusive space where people come together to share stories and new experiences. We welcome guests and employees from all races, places, gender expressions and beliefs to be part of our team.
This is more than a job – it’s a chance to shape a new kind of travel culture across two of the world’s most adventurous countries. You’ll join a passionate, collaborative team, get to work across iconic destinations, and grow with a brand that’s just getting started.
If you’re highly organised, design-minded, and excited by the idea of bringing projects to life across unique spaces, we’d love to hear from you.
