About The Role
Reporting to the Head of Events, the Events Coordinator plays a key role in delivering a wide range of club events across the calendar year, while also supporting the broader Commercial department. You'll help plan and execute everything from major matches and public events to internal functions, coterie events and corporate hospitality experiences.
This role includes event coordination, administration support, stakeholder and supplier liaison, and the management of our CRM database. You’ll be involved in every stage of event delivery, from initial planning and budgeting through to on-the-day execution and post-event wrap-up, ensuring that all events are seamless, professional and aligned with our Club values.
About You
You’re a motivated and highly organised events professional with a strong eye for detail and a passion for delivering engaging, seamless experiences. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggle competing priorities with ease, and work just as well independently as you do within a team. With a calm and considered approach, you’re quick to problem-solve when challenges arise and always keep things moving forward.
You’ll bring experience in event coordination and / or hospitality, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners. You’re proactive, flexible and comfortable working to tight deadlines, including after hours and on match days. You take pride in your work and are always looking for ways to improve the guest experience.
It’s a bonus if you’ve worked with CRM systems (especially Salesforce or Blackthorn), have experience managing budgets and production needs, or hold qualifications in Events, Venue or Sports Management.
