As a Customer Service Representative at Gallagher, you’ll play a key role in supporting our resellers and customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded every day.
You’ll work alongside our Territory Managers to deliver outstanding service, solve problems, and make a real impact on the customer experience.
This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in customer service, with full training and development provided to help you grow in your role.
What you’ll be doing:
- Responding to customer inquiries, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for resellers + customers.
- Partnering with Territory Managers to support key initiatives and grow customer relationships.
- Keeping accurate records and managing customer data.
- Contributing to a supportive and collaborative team environment to ensure team success.

- Previous customer service experience (whether in retail, hospitality, or other fields) is a plus but not required.
