The Opportunity
We seek a dynamic and experienced Customer Engagement Lead to build strong relationships with customers at a local level. You will bring back a personal touch to our customer and employee experience and drive commercial and community growth.
The role focuses on the end-to-end management of our customer journeys, from first contact to onboarding to continued connection and retention.
You will partner with other key customer experience teams, such as service delivery, finance, rostering, and marketing to ensure an incredible experience for all new and current customers.
You will find the right products and service solutions to fit each customer’s unique needs, wants, dreams, goals, and preferences. This includes calling and meeting with new potential customers and current customers and their teams (support coordinators, allied health specialists, family, etc.) to better understand their support needs, and then providing product and service options that meet these needs – walking them through one of our homes, connecting them with appropriate support services.
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have
