As we continue to grow and evolve, we’re looking for an experienced and proactive Practice Manager to help lead our team and day-to-day operations—balancing both the clinical and business sides of the practice.

Your Role: Practice Manager

In this pivotal role, you’ll support the clinic’s success by overseeing operations and providing hands-on leadership in the clinical space. • Provide leadership and support across the clinical team (nurses, vets, and client care)
  • Act as a key contact point for staff and clients to ensure top-tier communication and service
  • Assist with staff scheduling, stock control, equipment maintenance, and general clinic readiness
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in both patient care and business processes
  • Support HR processes including onboarding, training, and performance feedback
  • Ensure compliance with clinic policies and veterinary industry standards
  • Foster a supportive, inclusive, and empowering team culture

What You Bring

  • Qualifications in Veterinary Nursing (Cert IV or higher), with clinical experience required
  • Previous experience in a leadership or management role in a veterinary or healthcare setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a hands-on leadership style
  • Ability to manage both people and processes with calm, clarity, and confidence
  • Comfortable with practice management software and day-to-day reporting
  • A genuine passion for animals and the people who care for them

Why Choose Us

  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Performance-based incentives
  • Health and well-being support
  • Generous staff pet care discounts
  • Opportunities for ongoing training and professional growth
