Your Role: Practice Manager
In this pivotal role, you’ll support the clinic’s success by overseeing operations and providing hands-on leadership in the clinical space. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic to ensure smooth and efficient workflows
- Provide leadership and support across the clinical team (nurses, vets, and client care)
- Act as a key contact point for staff and clients to ensure top-tier communication and service
- Assist with staff scheduling, stock control, equipment maintenance, and general clinic readiness
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in both patient care and business processes
- Support HR processes including onboarding, training, and performance feedback
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies and veterinary industry standards
- Foster a supportive, inclusive, and empowering team culture
- Qualifications in Veterinary Nursing (Cert IV or higher), with clinical experience required
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role in a veterinary or healthcare setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a hands-on leadership style
- Ability to manage both people and processes with calm, clarity, and confidence
- Comfortable with practice management software and day-to-day reporting
