Our Disability Support Workers (DSWs) are essential to this mission—providing individualised care either in the participant’s home or supported accommodation.

Role Overview

  • Regular shifts available across weekdays, evenings, weekends, nights, and public holidays (with applicable penalty rates).
  • Some roles may include transporting participants to appointments, school, or community activities (travel time and kilometers reimbursed).
  • You will be matched to participants based on compatibility, skills, and support needs.

To Join Our Team, You’ll Need

  • A registered ABN (easy and free to register under your personal name).
  • Australian working rights (Citizenship, PR, or relevant visa).
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check – current and valid.
  • National Police Check (within the last 3 years).
  • First Aid Certificate (within 3 years) and CPR (within 1 year).
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module – ‘Quality, Safety and You’ (Free to complete here: NDIS Orientation Module).
