About The Role

We’re looking for a qualified Electrician to join our team based out of our Thomastown or Dandenong South depot. We also welcome applications from experienced Crew Leaders or Worksite Leaders who are looking to continue in their leadership journey.

You’ll be part of a crew delivering safe, high-quality electrical work across a range of construction projects. This role offers hands-on variety, travel, and meaningful work that helps power communities.

  • This role requires flexibility to travel and stay away from home as required

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Construction, Inspection, and Testing of electrical substations and associated equipment, either connected to the Electricity Distribution/Transmission Network or intended to be connect to the Electricity Network
  • Operating plant and equipment with confidence, ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely
  • Delivering high-quality work that meets industry standards while strictly adhering to safety guidelines and regulations, including the Safety Act, TransGrid Guidelines, Network Installation Regulations, and OH&S

About You

We are excited to welcome someone that is an experience electrician in the construction environment, committed to quality, safety, and teamwork.

  • Bring energy, a can-do mindset, and thrive in collaborating with both teammates and external stakeholders
  • Cert III in Electrotechnology or equivalent
  • Current Victorian A Grade Electrical Licence
  • Current Australian Driver’s Licence
  • ESI Worker; High Risk Work Licence (EWP, Dogger); First Aid Training; White/Blue/Red Card (OHS Construction Induction)
