About this opportunity
As the Client Services Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive the care they need by efficiently rostering our team of casual caregivers. You will be responsible for managing a fortnightly roster while maintaining and adjusting it daily to meet the evolving needs of our clients and caregivers. This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication to coordinate with both staff and clients effectively.

- Create, maintain, and adjust the fortnightly roster for caregivers
- Respond to daily changes and fill shifts as required due to last-minute cancellations or changes.
- Communicate effectively with caregivers regarding their schedules, availability, and any adjustments.
- Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure appropriate caregiver-client matches.
- Utilize scheduling software to manage rostering efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with the broader team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Experience in rostering or scheduling is desired (preferably in healthcare, aged care, or community services).
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with caregivers, clients, and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think quickly and adapt to changes.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
