Responsibilities
As a Production Operator, you will:
- Manufacture designated products in line with company procedures and the production schedule
- Formulate products accurately according to production batch sheets
- Ensure all goods are stored correctly, adhering to Dangerous Goods Storage Segregation guidelines
- Label, fill, and pack finished products, ensuring all actions meet customer protocols and align with documentation and production procedures
- Assist with preparing stock reports
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
To excel at Elders, you have:
- Current Forklift licence
- Previous experience within a production environment
- Knowledge of dangerous goods, ideally within the agricultural industry
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite and Production Management Systems
- Demonstrated ability to understand written procedures and instructions
- Articulate communication with the ability to engage a variety of internal and external stakeholders
