Are you a strategic relationship builder with a sharp commercial mind and a flair for customer engagement? This is your chance to make your mark, we’re looking for a Relationship & Acquisition Manager to take ownership of our most valued customer relationships through TABX, our premium managed customer program. If you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where events, insights and engagement collide — this is the role for you.
What You'll Do
- Drive growth and retention of VIP customers through personalised engagement
- Spot growth potential — re-engage former VIPs, identify rising customers, and grow your portfolio’s share of wallet
- Deliver unforgettable experiences at key race days, sporting events and activations — you’ll be on the ground with our most engaged clients
- Work collaboratively with Retail, Events and Customer teams to convert leads, host customers, and bring the brand to life
- Support acquisition efforts through event-led strategies, insights and targeted outreach to high-potential prospects
- Own the relationship — become the trusted point of contact, solving problems, providing support and driving loyalty
What You Bring
- A proven track record in business development, sales, or account management — ideally with high-value or B2C clients
- Outstanding relationship-building skills and a passion for delivering first-class service
- Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong commercial acumen — you understand customer value, engagement drivers, and how to turn insights into action
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends at key events and race days
- A proactive, self-motivated approach and a sharp eye for opportunity
- Knowledge of wagering or hospitality environments is a bonus, but not essential
