Key Responsibilities

  • Increase ranging in accounts to increase sales and profit
  • Lead the collective sales achievement of agreed strategic, budget and profit targets
  • Implement pro-active strategies to improve quality and efficiency of service
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to build business and account networks.
  • Maintain a regular customer call routine and set promotional plans for full product range

Key Competencies, Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent analytical and planning skills
  • Understanding of strategic selling skills and techniques.
  • Sales acumen and understanding of merchandising imperatives
  • Experience in a FMCG arena with 1-2 years in a management or key account role.
  • Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills.
  • Self motivated with the ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to plan, implement and meet assignment deadlines.
