You will bring strong domain and technology experience to help shape solution direction, contribute to discovery and planning engagements, and guide clients through complex transformation programs.

About You:
You're the "roll-up-your-sleeves" type who is always willing to take on new and/or bigger challenges. You will be organised, adaptable, and capable of working across multiple projects and timelines. You will be a reliable source of information for each of the teams, with a curious mind, a desire to learn and excellent relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or support advisory engagements (health checks, roadmap reviews, discovery).
- Monitor industry trends, policy changes, and sector challenges to uncover growth opportunities and areas for innovation across supported industries (ex: Aged care landscape).
- Translate identified needs and insights into actionable solution approaches.
- Work with industry proactive leads and pre-sales, to bring together clinical, operational, and digital elements.
- Provide domain-aligned input to solution design and program delivery Support client engagement planning alongside account leads, pre-sales and delivery teams.
- Participate in governance forums such as SteerCo’s and Design Authorities as an SME (Subject Matter Expert).
- Identify new business, sales, and partnership opportunities through client interactions and market awareness.
- Mentor internal team members with industry and platform context.
- Represent Mav3rik in client and Salesforce ecosystem interactions.
- Maintain a strong billable contribution aligned to advisory-led engagements.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience delivering or advising on Salesforce-enabled transformations.
- Strong industry domain understanding (examples: Health Care, Public Sector, Financial Services, other).
- Excellent client-facing communication and relationship skills.
- Experience in contributing to discovery, planning, and governance processes.
- Comfort working across business, technical, and delivery stakeholders.
