Your Role:

We have an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Manager/ Account Manager/ Recruitment Leader who is passionate about driving success and delivering outstanding results for our client. This role involves working onsite, collaborating closely with the client at their Sydney based Head Office. As a client facing Leader, you thrive on introducing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to your work, encompassing alignment of the talent strategy with business goals, EVP, DE&I and continuous improvement initiatives, whilst delivering commercial P&L & KPI objectives. Experience and success in leading a team recruiting in the industrial sector is important, particularly within blue-collar hiring. There is also significant professional and white-collar hiring.

Your Experience:

• Significant experience working in RPO and/or internal recruitment role. Will also consider those from an agency background

• Commercially astute at forecasting and managing a P&L

• Demonstrated expertise in managing others

• Strong understanding of data analytics and reporting, with a focus on continuous improvement

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Effectively influenced diverse stakeholders
