What you’ll need for success:

  • Current Pool Life Guard qualification or the ability to obtain prior to starting
  • Current First Aid and CPR qualifications
  • Working with Children Blue Card
  • Outstanding work ethic
  • Good health and physically fit
  • Awareness of Safety
  • Possess good interpersonal skills in order to provide excellent customer service and work effectively as part of a team

As part of our commitment to supporting our team, Fraser Coast Regional Council will arrange and guide you through the steps on obtaining a Pool Lifeguard certification for successful candidates. This is a great opportunity to gain a nationally recognised qualification and start a rewarding role serving your community
