The Job:
HOYTS are looking for Guest Experience Agents dedicated to customer satisfaction. Last year our team responded to over 55,000 tickets via phone, email and websites. While no two days are the same, your duties will include:
- Reviewing and resolving enquiries in a timely, accurate and courteous manner
- Completing associated logs and reports
- Researching misapplied payments and resolve these
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of products, prices, various promotions
- Recognise and document trends in customer enquiries.
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for someone who loves cinema as much as we do! At HOYTS, it’s all about having a positive attitude and good work ethic. We are looking for a problem solver able to prioritise tasks.
We are also looking for:
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience using Zendesk desirable
- Attention to detail and high organisation skills
- Customer service experience is highly beneficial
- Proficiency in MS office
- Ability to work a 9am to 7pm rotating shift roster over 7 days – including regular weekend shifts
