Hiring Now: Casual Front of House Staff
Traderne – 113 Newlands Rd, Coburg North
Mondays & Tuesdays | 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

We’re currently looking for a reliable, friendly Front of House team member to join us at Traderne on a casual basis, two days per week. This role includes regular daytime service and additional support during our Chef’s Table events.

You’ll be working closely with a small, dedicated team in a relaxed but professional fine dining environment.

Your Role Will Include:

• Greeting and seating guests
• Serving water/wine
• Clearing and resetting tables
• Assisting with Chef’s Table service and general guest care
• Helping maintain smooth and welcoming service throughout the day

What We’re Looking For:

• Some front-of-house or hospitality experience
• Current RSA certificate.
• 3 plate carry and good wine knowledge is preferred, but not necessary
• A professional, well-presented and positive attitude
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Someone who can work independently and stay calm under pressure
• Availability on Mondays and Tuesdays, 10am – 4pm is a must

Please Note:
Events and dinners may occasionally fall outside of regular hours, including weekends. We’re looking for team members who are flexible and open to working Monday–Sunday, depending on event scheduling. Availability may vary week to week, and while we anticipate approximately two shifts per week, this is not guaranteed.

Additional work may be offered to the right candidate across other areas of the business, depending on performance and availability.
