Key Responsibilities
Processing of all Sales Orders
Providing accurate Price & Availability information for Capital Equipment
Updating and distributing the weekly stock report
Creating and distributing Key Partner (KP) Account Statements
Preparing Quotes on behalf of the Sales Team
Managing inbound sales enquiries via phone and email
Invoicing Capital Equipment Sales
Raising Purchase Requisitions for third-party supplied goods
Supporting the team with various ad-hoc administrative duties
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in a Sales Administration or Sales Support role (preferably in a capital equipment or technical environment)
Experience working with tenders highly regarded
Mechanical aptitude highly regarded
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems (e.g., SAP)
Confident with Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications
Customer-focused with a team-oriented mindset
