About The Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Manager VIC to join our team at ITW Construction. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this field-based role will cover all of Victoria, with a primary focus on metropolitan Melbourne and some travel to regional areas. While the role is mobile, the successful candidate will be connected to our Chirnside Park site for team collaboration and support.
What You’ll Do:
As our Account Manager VIC, you will:
- Make a difference: Take ownership of over $6M in existing revenue and develop sales strategies that drive continued growth across key VIC distribution partners including Sydney Tools, Total Tools, Konnect, CSS and Synergy.
- Innovate and solve problems: Identify and pursue major project opportunities by engaging early with key stakeholders and providing tailored Ramset solutions.
- Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams - including Project Engineers - and external influencers like specifiers, consultants and developers to achieve specification wins and drive brand visibility.
- Continuous Improvement: Support the delivery of long-term business objectives through insight-driven planning and execution of strategic growth initiatives.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven industry experience – Ideally within the concrete construction sector or related field.
- Strong commercial and technical capability – Able to manage large accounts, develop strategies and communicate technical concepts effectively.
- Excellent stakeholder management – Skilled in building relationships with both internal teams and external industry players.
